orchestra awards great service

Orchestra has presented the first of its monthly awards for outstanding service to Emma Deacon of the Times/ Sunday Times Classified Travel.

Orchestra's Media Manager sums up the award as follows:

"As an agency we buy advertising space across a wide spectrum of media, and as such each member of the media team deals with a broad range of sales staff. The type of media sales people we work with vary greatly, regrettably so does the level of service we receive. There are some outstanding sales representatives in the industry but in our opinion they are rarely formally recognized by the 'media buying world'.

The 'Orchestra Media Sales Person of the Month Award', a bottle of vintage champagne, is our way of thanking those individuals whose excellent work we believe to be deserving of recognition. We decided on Nicole for her outstanding customer service, attention to detail, bubbly personality and going that extra mile to ensure we are happy".

The award was presented at a drinks party hosted by the Orchestra Media team at the agency's offices in Canary Wharf, attended by the cream of the UK's media from national and regional press, radio, television, outdoor and online.
